Piggy Banks

The modern piggy bank owes its origins to the 15th century when people saved money in clay jars called pygg jars. Over time, pygg jars evolved to piggy banks and took on the shap of pigs. Offi Chalkboard Table: Help your little one channel her inner artist with the Offi chalk board table. The Offi table is beautifully designed, but a bit pricey. There are less expensive versions of it here and here or you can do what I did and grab some chalkboard paint and paint your own surface.

Binth Letter Art: A few years ago I threw a baby shower for one of my closest friends and while searching for decor ideas I came across an article in Blueprint Magazine about a modern baby shower and I fell in love with the Binth alphabet posters.
